- Establishing, applying, maintaining and continuously improving of the effectiveness of our Quality Management System according to the ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Continuous improvement of customers’ satisfaction.
- Commitment to increase quality of our services in order to exceed customers’ expectations.
- Continuously upgrading of the QMS in all stages of the consultancy related processes and congress related activities.
